The main purpose of the PHRF Calculator is to allow the user to easily determine time owed other boats for a given course length. There is a manually controlled progress meter to determine times at any point during the race.
PHRF Calculator also allows the user to keep track of scores within a regatta.
The app contains a stopwatch feature (also called a Timer) for the user to keep track of times.
